Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE DENTILY STARTER KIT TO ARRIVE?
A: It currently takes approximately 5 working days for your kit to arrive by post.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DENTILY ALIGNERS TO ARRIVE?
A: It takes approximately 4 weeks for aligners from the date of approving your treatment plan and making your payment.
Q: HOW DO I PACK MY DENTILY STARTER KIT FOR POSTING?
A: Please send your impressions back using all the materials provided. Make sure not to remove your impressions from their trays.
Q: HOW DO I POST BACK MY DENTILY STARTER KIT?
A: You return your kit by sticking your UPS label onto your package and finding your nearest UPS drop off point.
Q: WHAT IF I SENT OFF MY IMPRESSIONS AND I'M TOLD THAT THEY ARE UNSUITABLE?
A: Don’t worry, this can happen from time to time! If it does, we’ll arrange an appointment at your nearest clinic or send you another Dentily Starter Kit for £49.50.
Q: AFTER I'VE SENT MY DENTILY STARTER KIT OFF, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY 3D VIDEO?
A: It takes approximately 2 weeks to make your 3D simulation video. Please note, it will most likely will be done within a quicker time frame.
